After qualifying in 1970 at Cardiff Dental School and
obtaining his Fellowship in Dental Surgery in Edinburgh, Gareth opened
the Parade Dental Surgery in 1975 while continuing to teach on a part-time
basis at the Dental School, where he obtained his Master of Dental Science.
Gareth
has over thirty years experience in advanced restorative treatments,
such as implants and precision attachments, and has placed over 6000
implants. It is on this experience that the treatment plan is based.
In most cases he is able to give you fixed teeth within six to eight
weeks.
Mr
Jenkins is a past President of the British Academy of Aesthetic
dentistry and a past President of the Association of Dental Implantology
as well as being a Fellow and Diplomat of the International Congress
of Implantology.
He
is the author of many published articles and a book on Advanced
Restorative Dentistry. He lectures both nationally and internationally,
and is on the editorial boards of the journals 'Independent Dentistry'
and 'Implant Dentistry'.
Gareth
was recently honoured in Washington DC at an international conference
for his contribution to aesthetic dentistry.
