The costs of your dental treatment are spread over six
months to one year depending on the size of the loan. The minimum loan amount is from £2,500.00/£5,00.00
Additional
dental care can be added to your account and repayments are

The
first installment will be due a month after treatment has commenced.
The exact date will be confirmed in our welcome letter that
will be sent to you with your card. The minimum payment each month is £40.
The
minimum payment each month is £40.
You
can continue to use your account up to your credit limit, and
once you have started to clear your account, the credit limit
is free to be reused on a revolving basis.
A
monthly statement will be sent to you keeping you up to date
with transactions on your account. How do I open an account?
Simply
apply at your dental practice and once your application has been
approved, you will be given a credit limit that will allow you
access to instant credit. As a security measure, two forms of
identification will be required, such as a credit card, most recent
utility bill or driving licence. Once your account is in place
you may use the facility for any future dental care.
How can I make payments?
The account allows you the flexibility to choose how to make your repayments.
The simplest and easiest way is to pay via Direct Debit, but other options
such as cheque, debit and credit cards are available.
Payment protection scheme
Our payment protection scheme gives the account holder peace
of mind by covering payments should an unforeseen incident occur. For just
75p per £100 of the outstanding balance per month you can protect your
payments against sickness, accident, unemployment and death. To qualify for
the cover you must be aged between 18 and 65 years old, and be permanently
employed for a minimum of 16 hours per week.
Can anyone else in my family use my account?
As the account holder you can nominate family members to be able to use the
facility by supplying details of the chosen person. Phone 0870 1608 806, nominate
the family member and your request will be processed. Additional account members
may use the facility to pay for dental care, but may not alter any existing
arrangements made by the principal account holder.
Can I increase my credit limit?
Should you wish to increase your existing credit limit, please telephone 0870
1608 806 and ask if the limit may be raised. If your request is granted, the
limit will be raised immediately offering you the benefit of additional dental
care.
Data
protection
In assessing your application we will search the files of one or more credit
reference agencies that will supply us with credit and identity information
as well as information from the Electoral Register. The credit reference agency
will record details of our search regardless of whether or not your application
proceeds. We will also disclose details about your conduct on the account to
credit reference agencies. This information may be used by other lenders to
assess credit applications for you and those with whom you are financially
linked if credit decisions are made about you or other members of your household.
Credit scoring
We will use a credit scoring or other automated decision-making system when
assessing your application. We may use a credit scoring or similar process
in deciding whether to accept your application and also during the life of
your account for the purpose of increasing your credit limit. This may involve
a further search of your records at one or more credit reference agencies.
What if I get declined?
In the unlikely event of your application being declined, under the Data Protection
Act we are unable to inform you of the reason over the phone. However, if you
would like more information, please write to Clode Plc stating your name and
